Year 2012: Be Invictus

Time has been changing very fast, impacting lives on almost all the fronts. While the digital world is touching our imagination, allowing us instant communication, providing a global intellectual pool with the possibility of unimaginable scientific achievements, at the other end, we witness great environmental and financial turmoil.

Straddling both worlds, all of us are learning new skills, both to keep up with emerging challenges and to make the most of new opportunities.

Quoting "Invictus" by William Ernest Henley - Depicts the human courage to stand with the will of "Come What May". Wishing you a very happy new year.

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
